Objeto
Esta web presenta la marca Bond Wear, que comercializa ropa de ciclismo personalizada para clubes y grupos. Por ahora no se venden productos en línea.
Propiedad intelectual
Los textos, imágenes, diseños, logotipos y la marca Bond Wear pertenecen a su titular o se usan con autorización. No se permite reproducirlos sin permiso previo por escrito.
Responsabilidad
Procuramos que la información sea correcta y esté actualizada, pero puede cambiar sin previo aviso. No respondemos del contenido de webs de terceros enlazadas, como Instagram.

Se aplica la legislación española.

Qué datos tratamos y para qué
- Correos que nos envías a web@bondwear.cc: tu nombre, tu email y lo que nos cuentes. Los usamos para responder a tu consulta y preparar presupuestos. Base jurídica: tu solicitud y nuestro interés legítimo en atenderla (art. 6.1.b y 6.1.f del RGPD).
- Datos técnicos de navegación: la dirección IP y los datos de la petición los procesa nuestro proveedor de alojamiento para servir la web y protegerla frente a abusos. Base jurídica: interés legítimo (art. 6.1.f del RGPD).
- Formulario de contacto: todavía no está activo. Cuando lo activemos, actualizaremos esta política e informaremos junto al propio formulario.
Conservación
Guardamos las consultas y solicitudes de presupuesto durante 12 meses desde el último contacto, salvo que se conviertan en un pedido. En ese caso, las conservamos durante los plazos legales aplicables.
Destinatarios y encargados
No cedemos tus datos a terceros salvo obligación legal. Nos prestan servicio como encargados del tratamiento:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: alojamiento web, red de distribución y seguridad. Puede implicar transferencias a EE. UU., amparadas por el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. y por cláusulas contractuales tipo.
- Zoho: correo electrónico, en su centro de datos de la UE.
Las tipografías se sirven desde nuestro propio servidor; no se cargan desde Google ni desde otros terceros. El enlace a Instagram solo te lleva a esa red social, que tiene su propia política de privacidad.
Tus derechos
Puedes ejercer tus derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación del tratamiento y portabilidad escribiendo a web@bondwear.cc. Si crees que no hemos atendido bien tu solicitud, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).

Purpose
This website presents the Bond Wear brand, which markets custom cycling apparel for clubs and groups. No products are sold online at this time.
Intellectual property
The texts, images, designs, logos and the Bond Wear brand belong to their owner or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
Liability
We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice. We are not responsible for the content of linked third-party websites, such as Instagram.

What data we process and why
- Emails you send to web@bondwear.cc: your name, your email address and whatever you tell us. We use them to reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes. Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in handling it (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR).
- Technical browsing data: your IP address and request data are processed by our hosting provider to serve the website and protect it against abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Contact form: not active yet. When we enable it, we will update this policy and provide information next to the form itself.
Retention
We keep enquiries and quote requests for 12 months from the last contact, unless they become an order. In that case, we keep them for the applicable legal periods.
Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. The following providers act as our data processors:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: web hosting, content delivery network and security. This may involve transfers to the US, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
- Zoho: email, in its EU data centre.
Fonts are served from our own server; they are not loaded from Google or any other third party. The Instagram link simply takes you to that social network, which has its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to web@bondwear.cc. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
